Service Description

Client must complete an Annual Strategic Planning (2) Day offsite prior to scheduling quarterly strategic planning package. 

We advocate the use of Scalable combined with Value Builder and other proprietary systems for Strategic Planning. 

During the (1) Day quarterly strategic planning sessions we create and update the Quarterly Strategic Plans and track progress against the plan. Each quarterly meeting will consist of up to 6 participants. We charge a flat fee of $3500 per quarterly session which includes all materials, and travel expenses within the 48 contiguous United States.
